The Sailwin SW-F6-650 achieves 9,000 bottles per hour at 500ml, while the SW-F6-2000 reaches 7,500 BPH for 1,800ml edible oil bottles. Furthermore, the 9-cavity SW-F9 upgrade pushes output to 12,000 BPH for high-volume water lines.

In contrast to 4-cavity machines, the 6 cavity platform offers 60–70% more throughput on the same footprint — specifically designed for mid-to-large beverage producers.

The SW-F6-650 handles bottles up to 600ml (max diameter 68mm, height 260mm). The SW-F6-2000 handles up to 1,800ml (max diameter 105mm, height 330mm).

In addition, both models support water, CSD carbonated drink, edible oil and condiment bottle shapes. Mold customization is available for non-standard bottle profiles.

Both are 6-cavity full servo machines on the same platform. The SW-F6-650 targets small bottles (≤600ml) with a 76.2mm cavity pitch, 9,000 BPH, and a more compact footprint (4.8×2.1×2.5m).

The SW-F6-2000 uses a wider 114.3mm cavity pitch for large containers, achieves 7,500 BPH at 1,800ml, and requires a larger footprint (5.8×2.2×2.6m). Consequently, choose by your dominant bottle volume to maximize ROI.

Yes. The SW-F6 series is compatible with our automatic embryo loader (2×1.2×2.7m). It feeds preforms continuously into the heating zone — enabling fully unattended 24/7 operation.

The loader is available as an add-on. If you are planning a complete turnkey line including filling and capping, our team can advise on the full configuration.

The SW-F6-650 and SW-F9 support neck diameters up to 38mm, covering PCO1810 and PCO1881 standard beverage necks. The SW-F6-2000 handles up to 45mm for wide-mouth oil and condiment formats.

Non-standard neck sizes can be accommodated with a custom mold design. Specifically, send us your preform drawing and we will confirm compatibility within 24 hours.

The SW-F6-650 has a heating power of 64 kW and installed power of 69.5 kW. The SW-F6-2000 uses 96 kW heating and 100 kW installed power. The SW-F9 requires 110 kW installed.

However, full servo drive means actual running consumption is 30–40% lower than rated power. In addition, our optional air recovery system further reduces operating pressure costs at high-speed production.

Physical mold changeover takes 30–60 minutes with one operator. The Mitsubishi PLC can store up to 50 bottle recipes — switching between saved recipes requires no mechanical adjustment.

Consequently, if you produce multiple bottle formats on the same line, the SW-F6 series is specifically designed for quick changeover without production downtime.

All Sailwin SW-F6 machines are CE certified and comply with international electrical safety standards (380V/50Hz, customizable). Each machine passes a full factory acceptance test before shipment.

A 1-year full warranty is included with remote technical support and spare parts supply. In addition, video installation guidance is available for remote commissioning.
