The Sailwin SW-J1-175 achieves a maximum neck diameter of 130mm — significantly wider than standard PET bottle machines which typically max out at 38–45mm. This makes it the only machine in our range capable of producing true wide-mouth jar formats for food and industrial use.

The SW-J2-105 and SW-J4-105 support up to 100mm neck diameter — ideal for cosmetic, dairy and food jar applications.

SW-J1-175 is a single-cavity machine for very large jars up to 5,000ml — specifically for 5L food containers, industrial jars and custom large-body formats with 130mm neck diameter (800 jars/hour).

SW-J2-105 produces 1,400 jars/hour in 2 cavities up to 1,800ml. SW-J4-105 is the highest-output model at 3,000 jars/hour with 4 cavities — both handle 100mm neck diameter. Choose by your required daily output.

Yes. The SW-J2-105 and SW-J4-105 are widely used for cosmetic cream, lotion and personal care jars with 100mm wide-mouth necks. PET provides crystal clarity comparable to glass at a fraction of the weight and cost.

Furthermore, PET jars can be produced in custom shapes — round, square, oval — making them suitable for premium cosmetic brands seeking distinctive packaging.

Wide neck PET jars produced by the SW-J series are food-grade and BPA-free. Common applications include honey jars, yogurt cups, candy and snack canisters, jam jars, peanut butter containers, edible oil jars and protein powder containers.

In addition, the wide mouth opening makes these jars particularly suitable for thick or chunky products that narrow-neck bottles cannot accommodate.

Standard PET bottle machines use narrow preforms with 28–45mm necks. Wide neck jar machines require specially designed wide-mouth preforms, a longer heating tunnel with more lamp power (up to 75kW), a wider mold clamping unit, and a dedicated neck cooling system to prevent mouth deformation on exit.

Consequently, a standard machine cannot simply swap molds to produce wide-neck jars — the entire heating, clamping and cooling system must be redesigned. The SW-J series is purpose-built for this requirement.

The SW-J4-105 achieves 3,000 jars per hour theoretical output with 4 cavities, handling containers up to 1,800ml with a 100mm neck diameter. This is the highest output model in the SW-J range.

Yes. The SW-J series supports custom mold designs including round, square, oval and irregular jar profiles. Sailwin provides mold design and manufacturing services in-house.

Submit your jar drawing or 3D file — our engineering team will assess mold compatibility and provide a sample validation plan. Mold changeover takes approximately 30 minutes between formats.

All SW-J machines are CE certified and pass a full factory acceptance test with your target jar profile before shipment. Each machine is run at full speed producing your specific jar format for final quality validation.

A 1-year full warranty with remote technical support via video call is included. In addition, spare parts are stocked in-factory and dispatched within 24 hours of request.
