From Preform to Finished Bottle in Seconds
Our PET stretch blow molding machines accept all standard preform neck finishes — PCO 28mm, 30mm and 38mm — as well as custom wide-mouth preforms up to 130mm. The machine heats, stretches and blow-forms each preform in under 3 seconds, producing bottles with consistent wall thickness and high clarity.

How a PET Stretch Blow Molding Machine Works
The PET stretch blow molding process (two-stage method) is what makes PET bottles strong, clear and lightweight. Understanding the process helps you select the right machine parameters for your bottle application.
Preform Loading
Automatic feeder sorts and loads PET preforms into the heating zone in the correct orientation.
Infrared Heating
PID-controlled IR lamps heat preforms to the exact temperature (90–115°C) for optimal stretch ratio. ±1°C precision.
Biaxial Stretching
A servo-driven stretch rod extends axially while low-pressure air pre-blows the preform — aligning PET molecules for strength.
High-Pressure Blowing
FESTO combination valve releases high-pressure air (25–40 Bar) to form the bottle against the mold cavity wall with precision.
Cooling & Ejection
The bottle is rapidly cooled in the mold, then ejected onto the output conveyor. Exhaust air is recovered by the air recovery system.
