An EBM machine (Extrusion Blow Molding Machine) melts plastic resin directly into a hollow tube (parison) that is then clamped in a mould and inflated. It processes HDPE, PP, PE and ABS, producing opaque or translucent containers from 0.5L to 1000L — including drums, jerrycans, tanks and pallets. In contrast, a PET blow molding machine uses injection-moulded preforms that are reheated and biaxially stretched — producing clear, lightweight PET bottles typically up to 20L. PET machines achieve higher clarity; EBM machines cover larger volumes and more material types.

Our EBM machines process HDPE (most common), LDPE, LLDPE, PP, ABS, EVA, TPU and Nylon in single-layer configurations. For multilayer coextrusion (TH/DT series), we support PE + PA + EVOH combinations for barrier packaging, such as pesticide bottles requiring permeation resistance and automotive fuel tanks requiring a nylon barrier layer. The SW-S30L PC model is specifically configured for Polycarbonate (PC) processing.

Continuous extrusion machines (tie-bar series, SW-S2L to SW-2S12L) extrude plastic continuously at constant speed — ideal for small containers (0.5L–15L) at high output rates. Accumulator head machines (SW-S30L to SW-S1000L) store molten plastic in an accumulator cylinder and inject it rapidly as a single shot — necessary for large containers (30L–1000L) where the parison must be formed quickly before cooling. The accumulator system enables consistent wall thickness control over large surface areas.

Full technical documentation — declaration of conformity, operation manual, electrical wiring diagrams and spare parts list — is supplied with every machine. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) can be arranged prior to shipment at the buyer's cost.

Standard EBM machine models are ready within 30–45 days of order confirmation and deposit receipt. Large accumulator models (SW-S260L, SW-S1000L) or machines with custom mould tooling may require 45–60 days. Every machine undergoes a full-load factory acceptance test (FAT) before packing. Video documentation of the FAT is included with every order.
