At 16,000 BPH, compressed air is your largest operating cost. Sailwin's high speed PET blow molding machine recovers and reuses high-pressure blowing air automatically — no additional equipment required.
The problem: A standard high speed blow molding machine at 16,000 BPH consumes 8.0 L/min of high-pressure air (3.0–3.5 MPa). Without recovery, that compressed air is simply vented — wasted energy, higher utility bills.
Automatic High-Pressure Air Recovery
After each blow cycle, residual high-pressure air (3.0–3.5 MPa) is captured and fed back into the next cycle — reducing compressor load by up to 30%.
No External Add-On Required
