Neck Cooling Fan System — Zero Neck Deformation at Full Speed
At 5,500 BPH, preform necks pass through the oven zone at high speed. Without active cooling, neck crystallisation causes dimensional instability — caps won't seal. Sailwin's built-in neck cooling fan system eliminates this completely.
Oven Heat Creeps Into Neck Zone
Infrared ovens heat the preform body to 100–115°C — neck must stay below 60°C or it softens and warps.
Dedicated Neck Cooling Fan
A focused airflow fan continuously cools the preform neck throughout the heating cycle — regardless of body temperature.
Perfect Cap Sealing Every Time
Neck roundness and thread pitch are maintained to ±0.1mm — bottles pass capping station with zero rejection from neck deformation.
Compatible with PCO1881 & 45mm Wide Neck
Works with all standard neck finishes — 28mm, 38mm, 45mm. No mold change required to switch between water and oil bottle necks.

Water & Beverage Bottles
200ml–600ml mineral water, pure water and juice bottles. SW-F4-650 at 5,500 BPH suits mid-scale water bottling plants.
Edible Oil & Cooking Bottles
1L–1.8L cooking oil, palm oil and vinegar bottles. Handle-insert mold compatible for 5L oil jugs. SW-F4-2000 recommended.
CSD & Carbonated Drinks
250ml–600ml soda and energy drink bottles with petaloid base. 2.5–3.0 MPa blowing pressure handles CO₂-pressurised bottles.
Condiment & Sauce Bottles
Soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and ketchup bottles from 100ml to 1.8L. Wide neck (45mm) option available for SW-F4-2000.
